Kim A.Brandon made a difficult process very simple and easy for me & my grandmother. I was highly impressed by his patience, and kindness. He was extremely personable and listened to our every want, need and concern. Gave us a small town experience which is very rare in this busy world. His receptionist Jennifer was also very detailed and helpful and made scheduling appointments around our busy schedule easy!
Steph PeelMy husband and I recently contacted Brandon to assist us with developing our will. While this is not something anyone really wants to think about, Brandon and his law office ensured that the process was quick and easy. We are so appreciative to have peace of mind, and the law office of Brandon Walcott in our corner for our legal needs.
Kate JuzwiakMy partner and I have been putting off doing our estate planning for sometime now. We knew it was time but didn't know where or how to start. We reached out to Brandon after reading some of his great reviews online. From the initial conversation we knew we were in good hands. It is uncomfortable to plan what happens to your estate after you pass away and Brandon made the process as smooth as possible. We had many questions about our will and the trust we needed to set up for our child. Brandon walked us through everything, and explained each step throughly. I can not thank him enough for how easy
Kara CermanskiAfter Brandon successfully represented us through 2 separate real estate transactions, we turned to him for help with our wills and trusts. His diversified understanding of legal issues helped us effortlessly get through these otherwise stressful situations. Thanks Brandon! Highly recommended!!
Mr. NappenI cant thank Brandon enough for everything he has done for my family and I. After covid hit I didn't think i was gonna return to my job and it was Brandon who helped me establish and start up my own business. They way he manages his own businesses and legalities that come with it he is highly knowledgeable (and an absolute workhorse)

I reached out to Brandon to engage him to review an Agreement of Sale contract for my personal residence. Brandon was quick to respond and able to give concise advice as to how to structurethe contract given some non-traditional aspects of the deal. I work in commercial real estate transaction business so I had a plan I wanted to execute but Brandon was able to articulate that into a contract that was appropriate for the scope, scale, and location of the transaction (Cape May County). I would recommend consulting Brandon for all things transactional including zoning or easement related issues.
