Brandon was born and raised in Ocean City/Upper Township NJ, and has deep roots to Cape May County. After attending Ocean City Highschool, he studied at West Chester University for his undergraduate degree. Graduating West Chester University Cum Laude, and President of the Pre-Law Society, he was awarded an academic scholarship to Western Michigan University Law School where he also graduated Cum Laude. Prior to opening his own practice, Brandon worked at Cooper Levenson Attorneys at Law in Atlantic City, NJ.

Brandon sees his calling as an attorney as being primarily that of helping individuals and businesses. Brandon is a general law practitioner in nature and prides himself on not only providing legal advice to his clients, but also practical and ethical advice.  Over the years, Brandon has been a speaker at his Alma Mater, West Chester University; has been an instructor for the Atlantic Cape Community College Entrepreneurial Program, and has represented hundreds of local hard working families and small businesses through his own general practice law firm. He is proud of his reduced, and transparent, flat fees/prices in order to provide affordable legal representation to his clients.

As a part of his law practice, Brandon serves as a Court Appointed Attorney for Adult Guardianship Matters in the Cape May County Superior Court; a NJ State approved Municipal Court Mediator for Atlantic County; Pro Bono Attorney for the Upper Township Education Foundation 501c3; Brandon also serves as the Upper Township, Tuckahoe, and Woodbine Municipal Court Public Defender.
